1. Create a Routine

If you’ve been here for a while, you know how much I love a good routine. I love how much a routine can benefit different areas of your life, more importantly. This too applies to self-love.

A self-love routine is important in order to get the best out of your efforts. It doesn’t have to be much. It can be small habits to implement such as:

· Turn the tv off and unplug from social media 15 minutes before bed.

· Unplug from your devices while you moisturize.

· Shower yourself with gratitude while you prepare to sleep.

Believe it or not, these small things can make a big difference.

2. Make a List

Truly being able to love yourself has a lot to do with self-acceptance. One great step towards getting to a point of self-love and acceptance is recognizing what you already have in your life that is working for you. Once you see all of the great things in your life on paper, you will be able to accept all of the good things within your life.
